#TCBL_2019 was the yearly event to find out how the textiles and clothing sector is responding to major change. The venue for this year was Iași, Romania, one of Europe’s most important centers for garment production, the theme for this year is Fashion Forward: Connecting Patterns for Sustainability.
TCBL Conference aims to capture the young energy of the local industry and its ability to blend the key TCBL concepts – circular, transparent, human, digital – towards a new, emerging vision for sustainable fashion.
As in previous editions in Huddersfield, UK, Athens, Greece, and Prato, Italy, the formats that make up # TCBL_2019 offer different ways to see, learn, and interact. This year, locations were used and companies visited the city and region, and the local industrial and creative community organized a rich program of exhibits and secondary events.
Above all, it was the key event marking the end of the four-year EU-funded project and taught how to become part of the TCBL Foundation, the structure that will lead the TCBL community and its activities in the future.
