We are thrilled to reflect on our activities over the past year, especially our WORKSHOP ON Intrapreneurship and Entrepreneurship, organized in collaboration with the DIMA University Iasi.
The workshop was held on October 24th, 2023, and aimed to build a strong base on entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship and enable students to think creatively about everyday problems and how they can add value to their environment by solving them.
Furthermore, we tried to create an opportunity to critically analyze the different concepts and understand the skills and approaches necessary for achieving innovation within societies and companies. This was done by breaking down critical abilities and ways of thinking and encouraging internalization and engagement through creative tools like Kahoot and short exercises.
We, at Reginnova NE are committed to fostering a culture of innovation and lifelong learning among the youth and this workshop only helped solidify our dedication with its resounding success. We hope to continue to support future generations of leaders and innovators by providing them with the tools and understanding necessary to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment.
