Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
- Assist with brand communication activities.
- Monitor and report on community feedback and communication.
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements:
- Experience as a community manager assistant or similar role.
- Experience planning and leading community initiatives.
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
